THE GENTLE WAY BOOKS

Welcome to the Benevolent Outcomes Blog, and welcome to everyone who subscribed in the past week.  This Blog is for people just discovering how to use a very simple, yet powerful and effective spiritual tool you can use every day the rest of your life.  It will lessen the stress and fear of life in general, and will make your life easier.  It’s so simple a lot of people say “It can’t be this easy,” but it is, because IT WORKS!  This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is.  You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for…….., thank you!”  When you read the stories below, sent from all over the world, we use the acronym MBO for Most Benevolent Outcomes, GA for Guardian Angel, and BP for Benevolent Prayers (what you ask for other people).

SPECIAL NOTICE:

Please email me your MBO stories to show others how to use this simple tool to TomTMoore6(at)aol.com.  Now for some inspiring stories.

MBO FOR HOUSE PURCHASE

Renee writes:  I have a great one for you! We recently bought a new home. When we were in the offering stage we made an offer, which included the seller giving us $6,000 back at closing (to cover closing costs). The seller insisted that she wanted a certain amount after closing costs. So we offered an amount $2,000 above what she was asking.

We had the inspections done and the house appraised. The appraisal came back at $14,000 LESS than what she was asking and $16,000 less than what we offered. We really thought the deal was dead in the water.  I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome that the seller would accept the lower price and that we would be able to buy this house. We really didn’t expect her to accept the lower offer … but she did! We closed on the house a day later and moved in three days after the closing!

In addition to my MBO above … the mortgage company kept needing “one more thing” from us before final approval. It was really getting on our nerves. I finally said to my husband … “repeat after me. I request a most benevolent outcome that the underwriters now have all of the documents we need to close on this house.” We got the call the following morning from the mortgage company telling us we were closing the next day.

MBO FOR POLICE STOP

Jason from Ohio writes:  This morning (Friday) I was driving to work and was running a little late so was going faster than I should have been.  As I usually do on the way to work I spoke to my GA whom I’ve named Max (since he gets me maximum results!), saying “Good morning Max, I’m expecting great things today, great things tomorrow, and great things all weekend long.  Thank you!!”

I spotted a police car pretty far down the road facing the opposite direction, so I jammed on the brakes to bring my speed down to the speed limit.  But as I passed the car the officer flipped on her lights and did a u-turn to get behind me.  My stomach just dropped…this is not what I needed today!  I immediately pulled over into a parking lot, dropped my window and pulled out my license.  She came to the window and introduced herself, then told me she clocked me going 48 in a 35.  I said, “Wow, I didn’t realize I was going that fast!” in a very sincere way.  She asked me if I was on my way to work, then asked me for my license and told me to stay in the car.  She walked back to her car, then a minute later she approached my open window again.  I’ll never forget these beautiful words…

“I’m going to let you off with a warning.  Please slow down.  Have a good day.”

I replied, “Thank you very much officer, you have a great day too!”

I drove away elated, thinking wow…what a great thing to get out of that ticket.  And then it hit me – that WAS a great thing!  Directly related to the statement I had made to my GA just minutes earlier.  I thanked Max profusely for coming through for me.  This stuff really works!

You can go to my website http://www.TheGentleWayBook.com and click on SIGNS in the Menu to print out the EXPECT GREAT THINGS MBO request.

MBO FOR LOST EARRING

Mary Lou writes:  I missed my earring tonight about 10:45 pm. I had it one, but I couldn’t find it.  I asked my GA to show me where it was, I went there, looked in the bed; Guess what!  It was in the bed.  Thank you.

MBO FOR MORTGAGE PAYMENT

Carol writes:  According to the Motley Fool Real Estate Trailblazers experts, during the height of the real estate market in 2007, I refinanced my home on an interest only loan.  All these years since my house has been “underwater”. I was so worried about what I would do since I couldn’t refinance without a 20% equity, so I was dreading my 5 year “renewal” of my payment.  So I said a MBO that the payment would be better than I could expect or imagine. When the envelope arrived from the bank I slowly tore it open to find that my payment had gone DOWN 44%. Now that’s a successful MBO.

MBO FOR CAR REPAIR & ARTICLE

Laura writes:  MBO’d for my car repair and it went without a hitch finally! MBO’d about a meeting I had yesterday and an article I submitted was accepted. I MBO pretty much everything and it goes without a hitch. Like I am walking in miracle alley.  MBO is the way to GO… new motto… rhymes too… lol

I like that Laura!

MBO FOR HOUSE SALE & JOB

Belinda writes:  Wish my friend could tell you. She had a double whammy. She used the MBO for both selling her house and getting a major job in Shanghai. Well, she sold her house within two months and she got the call out of nowhere and they are sending her to Shanghai for two and a half years with a well known American company. She would always tell me she didn’t believe in MBOs but after this happened, she’s sold!!!

MBO FOR PRESCRIPTION

Sandy writes:  I did an MBO that my last minute prescription would come through and I could pick it up. The prescription was there and waiting for me.

MBO FOR BANK FINANCING

Gautam writes:  I was trying to send money abroad to capitalize a business. The Banks were not allowing me to do that; they had conditions I could not meet. I gave an MBO for help in breaking the deadlock; the banks have now climbed down on their demands, and this week I see myself sending money abroad after meeting on a fewer conditions. Thank You Tom.

MBO FOR SHED PANELS INSTALLATION

Jason in Ohio writes:  I had been putting together a shed in our back yard for days after work, and was finally putting the roof on.  Unfortunately the screw holes didn’t always line up perfectly, and one in particular was giving me a lot of trouble.  After trying for 15 minutes to get the screw lined up and put in I was getting very frustrated.  So I took a deep breath and said  to my GA, “Max, I request the most benevolent outcome to get this screw in quickly and easily so I can move on.  Thank you!”

I took another deep breath, tried again with the screw, and it stayed lined up and went right in.  I think my smile must have lasted an hour!  I only wish I had thought to make the request sooner.

The next night the skies were ominous with threatening rain.  I had just a few panels left to put on the roof and really didn’t want the shed interior and wood floor to get soaked.  So I requested the most benevolent outcome from my GA that I’d get the roof on before the rain started, with the results better than I could hope for or expect.  I also asked Gaia to please hold off the rain just long enough for me to get the roof on the shed.

I was close to being done, but still had one panel to go when it started sprinkling.  I grabbed the panel and put it in place…but didn’t have time to get any screws in because the skies opened up with pouring rain.  I was stuck inside the shed, holding the panel in place which was the only thing keeping the inside dry.  My wife and daughters were watching me from the back door, just laughing and carrying on about my predicament, and texting me words of encouragement for the 20 minutes of the down pour.

I realized afterward that the way it worked out actually was the most benevolent outcome – I DID get the roof on in time to keep the inside dry, and my family got a kick out of watching me holding the panel in place and had a great story to tell later.  Perfect!

BP FOR DAUGHTER’S TRIP IN UK

Linda writes:  I doubt one day has gone by since I began to do MBO’s that I have not done them… for me, for family and pets, for friends and friends’ family and friends… and for complete strangers. And sometimes I can clearly see the angels at work.

This past weekend I suddenly felt a “nudge” to do an MBO for my daughter and her partner and friends, and several show dogs, all traveling via RV in the UK. They planned to cross into France via the Chunnel, by train – something they have often done. I have never felt the need to do an MBO for their frequent travels before, but I quickly responded to this feeling, and emailed my MBO Partner to do so as well.

The next morning I learned that, due to a couple of uncharacteristic mistakes on her part, my daughter’s RV was turned back and they missed the train that they had planned to take. They were annoyed, until they learned that the train subsequently became stuck in the Chunnel. They were at a comfortable rest stop, with food and water and an exercise area for the dogs… not stuck under the English Channel on a train, in the RV, for hours. THANK YOU ANGELS!

I love it when I am given a glimpse into the angels’ handiwork!  🙂

MBO FOR LAWN MOWER

Dave writes:  It has been a week since it started raining… and cold.    The lawn was getting out of control and there was a slight break in the weather on Sunday so I broke out the lawnmower.   It would not start.  The engine kicked over but would immediately die.  I requested an MBO.  I pulled the cord 20 times… and requested an MBO.  I replaced the gas with fresh… and requested an MBO.  I got a blister on my finger after 45 pulls and finally gave up.  I was ready to go out and buy a new Lawn Boy.  Home Depot had one just like my 12 year old version at less than half the price.   I was determined to get a new one the next day.   For some reason that morning I decided to call my lawn mower guy.  No answer!  Joe is 80 years old and has been fixing lawn mowers forever and has developed a very independent attitude.  After 5 tries and five MBO’s I got my neighbor to help me load the Mower into my van (yes, I tried to start it again first), and off I went to the Service Store.

I was fuming and a bit frustrated to say the least.   I pulled up to the store with 50 mowers out in front and it looked like nobody was there.   Joe was just inside and says, “Hey, welcome back”.   Ironically I hadn’t been there for a couple of years and he apparently remembered me.   He helped me unload the mower as I explained the problem.   He primed the engine, took off the air filter and put his thumb over the opening, and told me to crank it up.  It started right away but the engine seemed to struggle revving up and down.  He walked over, picked up a ball peen hammer and struck the side of the engine three times in a strategic place and the motor smoothed right out.    Apparently the combination of the cold air and some dirt in the gas tank caused the problem.   I thanked him profusely and told him I was actually planning on replacing the mower with a new Lawn Boy and wondered if I could buy one from him.   “Sorry, Dave, they don’t make Lawn Boys anymore”.   “What about the ones I saw on line?”  I asked!   “Oh, those are knock-offs from China.  The 12 year old original you have here would probably outlive any new one of those you would buy!”   Wow, I thought, not only did I get my mower fixed better than new I avoided a costly purchase.

Okay, so I am still confused as to why I drove to get a mower fixed that I had already decided to replace, but the lesson for me is pretty clear.  If the “MBO” hasn’t seemed to happen yet… be patient..  the best is yet to come.

MBO FOR TRUCE WITH MOSQUITOES

Margaret in Ypsilanti, Michigan writes:  Every Memorial Day weekend, my sister and I visit the cemeteries back home, to plant flowers and clean up the family graves. Both cemeteries are home to very healthy populations of mosquitoes, so the constant bites made it quite an ordeal for us.

This is a perfect MBO situation! So, here’s the MBO I’ve used for the past few years:

“Angels, I respectfully request a Most Benevolent Outcome on behalf of my sister and me, for a truce with the mosquito folk while we are working outside today. If they will agree not to bother us, we agree to do everything we can to avoid accidentally harming them. And may the results be even better than I can hope for or expect, thank you!”

Boy, did it ever work! We saw actual clouds of mosquitoes, but neither one of us was bitten, not even once.  A few mosquitoes did land on my skin; but I reminded them that we had asked for a truce, then blew a very gentle puff of air at them, and away they flew.

One year I also asked for a truce “for the whole summer” so my energetic young cat and I could enjoy our daily walks. (There was a lot of concern about the West Nile Virus being carried by mosquitoes that year.) The truce worked perfectly for the next three months, and ended precisely on September 15, when I got bitten!

MBO FOR MISSING DEBIT CARD

Rose writes:  I went out of state for a weeks to spoil my youngest grandchild.   I took one of my two debit cards with me.

After I came home, I was reorganizing my purse and billfold. Started to look for the card I did not take and could not find it. After a few hours, I said a MBO to have it returned to me, sooner than I could hope for or expect. (since this was a Sunday, knew that it wouldn’t do any good to call the credit union until Mon AM to report it missing).  I continued to unpack and began to dump a bag of laundry I brought back with me and my missing debit card surfaced from the pile of dirty laundry. Someone has a sense of humor.

MBO’S AT DISNEY WORLD

Lee writes:  Hi Tom. Just returned from a short trip to Orlando. Fl. I requested several MBO’s before I left starting about one month before. First I requested good weather as May is rather warm in FL. The days were in the low to mid 80’s and humidity was on the low side. Nice for walking around the parks. Second, I requested short lines at the attractions or no lines. Only one ride was a 45 minute wait and most others were under 10 minutes. This is a busy time at Disney and especially at Epcot for the Flower and Garden Show. We stayed on property and used the bus transportation system to get around. I requested that we have no wait or a short wait for the bus and that they not be too crowded. Riding the bus an average of four times each day, we had the most amazing timing! The bus was either at the bus stop when we got there or it pulled up as we were walking up to the stop! And once we had the entire bus to ourselves! Unheard of!  Many more MBO’s happened. Nothing is too small to ask for when requesting an MBO! Thank you for all your support of those of us learning our way in this new world.

MBO’S FOR LAWN TRACTOR & TRIP

Sharon writes:  After reading all the inspiring stories in your newsletters, I have a story of my own to add.

We needed a new lawn tractor.  I dowsed and ask benevolent prayers for one to become available at a price we could afford all winter.  As spring came and my husband had researched and decided on a model right for us, he was ready to buy.  A last check on line showed that the price on that model been suddenly reduced by $600!!!  This was considerable for us at this time.

Also a trip being planned was at a very high price to airfare with no reasonably priced accommodations available.  Dowsing with benevolent prayers for this also resulted much more reasonable airfares available and motel accommodations.  Out granddaughter can now enjoy a wonderful trip with new experiences her grandfather that she would not have otherwise.  The reduced price of the lawn tractor helped make this trip possible too.

Combining your work with dowsing has proved very effective for me. And helped a somewhat skeptical husband to trust this work more too.  Much appreciation for your work.

MBO FOR A PESKY STUCK GAS CAP

Helen writes:  I have a MBO story for you; it is not as exciting or dramatic like the others you have posted.  But the results were immediate!

Yesterday at lunchtime, I went to the gas station to fill up my gas tank in my car.  I dislike this task, but it had to be done because the car was “running on fumes” and normally I try to have the gas tank at least half full.  I popped the gas lid open from inside the car; went out to the passenger side to turn the cap (counterclockwise) in order to refuel the car.  I couldn’t do it.  I tried and tried to twist the cap.  My fingers, knuckles, and wrist began to hurt.  I was standing there getting very angry with myself for having weak fingers and all the while getting very frustrated (it was hot & muggy too).

Then suddenly, like a flash – I thought to myself – I am going to say a MBO!  I said out loud (in a normal speaking voice), “I request a most benevolent outcome in being able to twist that cap off!  Thank you!”  My fingers, knuckles, and wrist were still hurting from the earlier tries; but once again, I tried to twist that cap to the left.  The pain was there but instead of giving up, I leaned my whole body into it.  Suddenly I noticed the gas cap vibrating even though I could not feel it.  My eyes were just focusing on the vibration because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.  Then the cap felt like it was twisting to the left and my sore fingers and wrist just went with the move!  It came off and I was relieved and said many “thank-yous”!

Comparing to all the worldly necessities in life, this little thing as needing to twist the gas cap off must rank down at the bottom, but it is so nice my angel heard my MBO prayer!  Thank you, thank you, thank you Tom for introducing MBOs!  They work and they work fast!

CLASS DID GREAT

Nancy writes:  Thanks so much for all that you do!   My school held Science Fair today, and my 1st graders handled it beautifully, thanks to my MBOs!

MBO’S FOR HAIL STORM

Silvia writes:  We had huge hail storm coming our way and severe weather so I asked any and all beings to assist us protect our cars, houses and people and may the result be better then we could have hoped for or expected – I heard the hail banging the windows on the porch and all. Once it was over this morning I checked the car and thank God there was no dent in it. So I keep asking for the protection and putting protective bubble around us.

MBO’S FOR MOUNTAIN DRIVING, TIRES

Jacque in Colorado writes:  I must tell you a story of my week. I left Sunday morning early to head to Boulder for an interview for Monday afternoon. It is usually a 5-hour drive give or take. I went up over a pass called McClure pass to go toward Glenwood Aspen to get to the major highway toward Denver area.  It was early Sunday morning and no traffic. As I came around a big curve there was the hugest rock, boulder slide I had ever encountered. There was a tiny space between the guardrail over the cliff and the rock. I sat for a while saying MBO’s that no more rocks would come down as I was not in a very good space right there on the road.

I have always said MBO’s as I left to head out in my truck, but especially over this pass. So I had said my MBO’s and came around that curve to encounter this huge rock and dust still settling. I really was in shock.  My Guardian Angel saved my life. I know this for sure. The rock was as big as 2 dump trucks and is taking more that 100 truck loads to remove it. I squeaked by the rock and guardrail.  A little later I passed a King Soopers semi, which later I found out was not able to go through. I did warn him with my lights. I believe I was the first person to witness this rock after it broke loose. This was Sunday morning. This is now Friday morning and they are working hard to clear it with 2-3 hour delays. It has been raining very hard up there and causing more problems with the rain. It is one of those Boulders that we all look at when driving by and say, “Wow one of these days!” So I say to Gaia thank you dear one that no one was hurt. And if you don’t believe in MBO’s, well here is proof!  I had a very nice week staying with a blind couple that treated me like royalty.

The second part of the story is as I was leaving Wednesday morning to head home now an 8 hour drive instead of 5, I just happened to remember that I needed to rotate my tires a long while ago. My tire company does it for free. There are no companies in Glenwood area or where I live. So it’s been a long time. I went in, the guy came out and looked at my tires, didn’t say much. He said lets go in and see what we can do. He went out in the back shop and came back. He said, “I have a set of used tires to put on your truck. I’m not letting you out of this parking lot till they are on your truck.” I said, “I only literally have gas money to get home.” He said, “You leave that to me. I want you safe.” (I guess my tires were really really bad).

So I sat there teary eyed, it took 45 min. Then I tried to find this man, the manager. He was the one in the white shirt. The rest were in work shirts. He was nowhere to be found. The young man came out gave me my keys and I said you guys are my guardian angels. I continued on to head back knowing they had closed the road from the Big Rock slide and knew it was a way longer trip. As I headed into the mountains I hit a whiteout blizzard from Idaho Springs to the other side of Vail pass. Many miles in a white out.   30 semi trucks were stopped on the side of the highway chaining up. I was in a skirt and flip-flops.  I had a 4-wheel drive and had 4 brand new tires on my truck. Not used, brand new.

Indeed it took me 8 hours to get home, but I got home safely with new tires. I was very scared but kept saying my MBO’s as I drove along.  I remember saying to myself “HOW DID HE KNOW?”  But somehow he did. A little later another semi had crashed against the wall, caused another rockslide and rolled across the highway and hit the guardrail. I only could pray he was okay.

I must say Mr. Tom Moore, Theo and Gaia, Thank you for your great teachings to the world and to me personally. I love you all so very much. I believe my life was spared twice in one week. I will use MBO’s for the rest of this physical life. And I hope that all of you do too.  Thank you Tom.

MBO’S FOR MOM, WORK

Reza writes from Indonesia:  First of all, thank you very much for your teaching about the MBO technique.  And I apologize if my English is bad. (I am from Indonesia)

So, I send you this email because you said previously that you would like to know how I managed to translate an MBO request. The phrase: “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for … Thank you,” becomes: “Saya Mohon Kebajikan … Terima kasih.” and it works! I will tell you the story below, and about the translation, when I used Google to translate benevolent the result is “penuh kebaikan” in Bahasa.  It’s a common word. But if I translate benevolence the result is: “Kebajikan” and this word is rarely used in daily normal conversation just like you said about the word “benevolent.” And in the dictionary we can translate “Kebajikan” both as benevolence or most benevolent. Kebajikan is a very noble word. Previously, you said I can drop the word “most,” but what I really was asking about is, should I use the original wording of a MBO request, in English that is, or I can use my native language, Bahasa.   But I will tell you it does not matter, because it works both ways; and I want to tell you the success story of it, this morning,

The Story:

Yesterday, I read a lot of your writings in your blog.  For hours I read your articles and the newsletters.  Now, do not get me wrong, I still am skeptical about it.

This morning, I woke up before dawn with a very sad feeling. I dreamed about my mom (deceased in January this year). I am still grieving; in my dream, she woke me up so I would not go to work late, and mama showed me the time is at past 6am. I finally woke up at 6 less, and I’m so sad. I miss my mom so much, my feeling is so sad because remembering that my mother had died.

I woke up with rather lazy, troubled and uneasy mood.  I leave my house at few minutes past 7 am and my office hours start at 7:30 am, and at most I spend half an hour on the road.

Then I remember the techniques you taught such as the MBO request.  In Bahasa Indonesian and out loud; like my GA whispers to me that I should use the phrase: “Saya Memohon Kebajikan,” and it reminds me that the key is to say it out loud/Spoken.  Then I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome so I’m not late for work.  And I also requested that my day would be great with a little nice surprise.

And then, out of the curiosity I ask for signs that my mom is still there though in another world and not perish or vanished just like my semi-atheist agnostic belief…
I requested it so my heart would feel so calm and have a peace of mind.  I need consolation in order not to be upset or sad anymore; that my mom is still alive as a soul.

Suddenly, I read the writing on the side of the road (even though I’m riding a motorcycle), a tavern with a signpost/board “Bu Ane.  I forgot it was a restaurant, soup or a small kiosk, but “bu ane” has two meanings:  A Mrs. named Ane, or it could also be interpreted as my mother.. my mom … (Bu: Mrs. of Mother, Ane: a name or me/mine/I in slang. Originated from Arabic / Betawi/native Jakarta).  So, “Bu Ane:” My mom…

And then my eyes fixed on the license plate in the front of my bike B. .. VCD (B is the code number of vehicles in Jakarta … the numbers I forget).  Yet, oddly enough my eyes always fixed on VCD letters after the numbers.  Then I thought of something, a long time ago I was sad because I failed on UMPTN (college state entrance exams in my country) and was announced in newspaper in that morning, and my mom bought the paper but at dawn, we searched my name was not there that morning and I cried constantly). Then mom tried to console me by taking me to the store electronics and bought a VCD (formerly popular video player in Indonesia in the year 2000 is a VCD player; there is no DVD yet and the VHS and laser disc is obsolete). My mom makes my sadness go away by buying me a VCD.  And this morning I saw the letters of VCD in someone’s bike license plate in front of me.

And like this morning where my eyes were glued to the letters of VCD in the motorcycle license plate in front of me, my mom, or my guardian angel answered my prayers for a sign that my mom is still there … by making me look into the stall that reads “Bu Ane” meaning: my mom, and then makes my eyes fix on the plate number on the front of my bike to the last three letters only: VCD …where my mother used to calm my sad heart because I failed the exam with a VCD player; so this morning … when I am feeling blue because I miss Mom, my prayer or MBO request is answered.  I asked for a sign that my mom is still here, and soothing my heart, and I was crying. I wept on the road because I am not sad anymore, but very happy; and I weep not for long, because I suddenly felt warmth on my back.  It felt warm and cozy. Perhaps it was due to sunlight in the morning, but I do not feel the warmth like this to work yesterday.  This morning I felt a great peace, and trees on roadside looks beautiful.

This is the answer to a nice little surprise today.  And my request to not be late is answered as I arrived at the office at 7:28 am at the finger print scan absence machine. It was pretty magical, because I do not speed due to my sadness and delightfulness on this morning drive.

And in my morning briefing or meeting at the office I share this story with my colleagues and the importance of prayer.  Even for people who do not believe in one god, angels or gods (atheists/agnostics), prayer will still bring hope, positive thinking and gratitude. We will be more optimistic and more resilient.  My colleagues at the office appreciate my motivation talk, though the morning briefing is usually about business.

Anyway, I am so grateful and THANK YOU!!! Mr. Tom.  I hope your book is published here so I can buy it.  I will pray for you, a benevolence prayer for you.

Thank you so-so very much… Terima Kasih.

PS: Can I call my GA name: Mika?

Of course you can!

MBO FOR FOOT PAIN

Melody writes:  I wore a pair of shoes that had a higher heel than I normally wear.  After I got home and kicked my shoes off, after an hour I noticed a pain on the top off my foot.   At first it was just a nagging discomfort, but gradually increased in intensity, to where it really was getting quite painful.   I said an MBO for the pain to go away and it never bothered me again, even though it took another day and a half for the tenderness to leave.

MBO FOR THE PERFECT HOUSE

Dawn writes:  I did a major MBO the second week in March. I had just received a letter from the apartment staff on March 1 stating that the rent was going up. I understand rising costs and would have been okay with $25-50 a month, but this was a whopping $130 per month increase if I signed a 12-month lease, or $240 per month for a six-month lease. I was flabbergasted! I had just moved ten months previously!

So, I calmed myself and set about constructing the best MBO for the situation. I wanted to find a house that had all appliances, was in great shape, required very little in the way of upgrades or out of pocket expenses, was in a quiet neighborhood, would support my creativity, and would save me a ton of money each month.

My head is still spinning from that MBO. First, I found a website dedicated to patio homes. I plugged in all of my requirements and discovered that I could only afford one area, so I focused on that. Found plenty of places to look at, called my old real estate agent and she made the appointments. To make a long story short, I found a patio home that was the perfect size which included a converted patio into a sunroom that was not included in the total square footage. It has ALL brand new appliances, new carpet; new wood blinds, fairly new a/c and roof, and is in a 55+ community.

Then, to make matters even better, since it has been a decade since I have owned a house, I’m getting a first-time homebuyer deal. The down payment was lower than I expected and the mortgage company locked me in with a low interest rate. My walk-through is tomorrow and I sign the papers on Monday. The movers are scheduled for next Saturday.

My guardian angel is working around the clock for me. All I can say is you get what you ask for, if you ask correctly and specifically!

Thanks for teaching me about MBOs! As soon as I get settled I’ll have the second book out the door.

MBO’S FOR MINOR STROKE

Michael writes:  Thank you for all you do Tom and your reply. Now I will turn this episode into a positive result. When this happened, along with dealing with suddenly debilitating symptoms of vertigo and double vision, made dependent on others to get around wasn’t easy to accept. The added double vision pointed to stroke, but a pacemaker prevented an MRI. It was determined at the beginning of therapy that is most likely a minor stroke.

I began a daily MBO process for restoration of my sight and balance. Two trips to ER and three days in the hospital later, my sight cleared up and I began therapy which is about over. My balance is all but normal and my vision is clearer than before, and with being able to drive again, so is my independence. I know the process has to run its course but I believe the immediate and continual MBO’s given have hastened the recovery. I credit the (overworked through this) GA’s that responded and you for showing me this amazing process that has led to my hastened recovery. Bless you, Tom for this knowledge.

BP’S FOR NEPHEW’S FIRST CAR

Kathy writes:  Just want to share an MBO story that was just to great not to mention. My nephew was trying out a car. It was his first car and a loan all by himself. He came by work to show us the car and was so excited that this was the car he wanted. I said an MBO that if this was not the right car please put a block and let the deal go nowhere.  He took the car back to the dealer and with the banks approval they would finance it. They shook hands and the deal was made. That night the dealer got a better offer and sold the car. Needless to say my nephew was devastated.  That next day the neighbors up the road just happen to be trading their car in for a new one. My brother called and HE GOT THE CAR. Not only was it a better car all the way around, but it was so given out of love that in no question the hand of GOD played such a big part in this. Yes, MBO’s work and so many are answered that I feel so lucky and blessed to GET IT. Thank you Tom for helping us to know this prayer. Your faithfulness is so appreciated.

BP’S FOR ANGEL ON EARTH

Gabrielle writes from Australia:  Once again, greetings from Australia and I hope this finds you and your family very well.  Thank you so much for telling us about MBO requests and BPs They work!

I’m writing to tell you a little about my online friend, Elena, who lives in Mexico. I talk to all sorts of people online but rarely form friendships – as so many people are not genuine – but Elena is a rare and remarkable person. She gives so much to her local community.

She is an American woman living in a small town in Mexico. Last year she started (with assistance from her online friend who lives in Ireland) a project called the Rice And Beans Project. She purchases food, borrows a truck to deliver the food near and far, and she and a few others distribute the food to the growing number of local people who are in need. The project has also helped with educational expenses for children, and other needs. Elena gets no payment for running her project; she just does it for love of others.

Recently: Elena has had a fall. Serious hip injury, needed surgery to put a plate into the bone so that her hip will work again. No money to pay for the surgery or hospital care. Unable to get out of bed.

As soon as I found out about her need for surgery and need for financial help to pay for the surgery, I began saying BPs (Benevolent Prayers) in earnest. I’ve been saying BPs for her and for everyone around her, for every aspect of her crisis that I can think of. Some money began to flow in, and she had the surgery. I even asked for her to have rapid healing that will confound the doctors – she does not know any of the things I have requested – and I later learned that the hospital’s doctors “were very surprised” that she had had virtually no pain and was recovering swiftly after the surgery.

Some of the things that have happened, that I requested in my BPs:  money to be raised to pay for her surgery, helpful people to turn up from all directions and kindly offer assistance, someone to help her create a crowd-funding page.

She is still in need of a few thousand dollars in donations, to cover the costs of rehabilitation and medical equipment. Someone has now helped her friends set up a donations page on the youcaring.com website. Here is the link to that page. If anybody can possibly donate a little, even $10, that would be wonderful.
http://www.youcaring.com/medical-fundraiser/elena-s-turn/56469

Here is some of what she wrote on her youcaring.com page about her recovery after the surgery: “No one has ever seen an incision heal so cleanly and quickly. The stitches are out and apparently it is a thing of beauty!”

To me, that is the work of our Angels.

Could I please ask you, Tom, and all your supporters, to say some BPs for Elena? For example. “I ask any and all Beings to assist Elena with making an effortless recovery, and for her youcaring.com page to bring her many generous donations; for all her financial needs to be met with ease, and for her to be healed and made anew, and may the results be even better than I could think of or expect, thank you!”

Also, “I ask any and all Beings to assist Elena with her Rice And Beans Project, for the project to attract generous donations, and grow to be a project that provides community support that is greater and better than I could ever hope for or anticipate, thank you!”

Thank you, Tom. Here is my BP: “I ask any and all Beings to bring great love and peace to all who read this, and to bless each of you with laughter, strong friendships and loving families, and abundance in all areas of life, thank you!”

This is good practice for you to say these BPs out loud now.
